This grand old four-poster bed was made from new oak and then distressed, it was hand turned and carved to look instantly medieval.


This bacon settle was designed for kitchens. It was made from chestnut with oak fronted doors and drawers an elm seat and reclaimed pine backboards.


JP McManus commissioned this table for a penthouse suite in a hotel in Barbados. It is made from highly lacquered cherry and its legs are modelled on Doric columns, it has guitae detail with Wenge pegs.


This modern table was designed and tailor made for a local client.


This table was designed by John to use nothing but off cuts of wood from other projects and as a result has it has fancy legs of padook, zebrano, oak, pine and maple.


Shot blasted, bleached new oak was used to make the roof alongside reclaimed old timber for the panelling to create a medieval banqueting hall in this lovely local private home.


We used old elm and oak for the replacement timbers needed for the roof space of this barn conversion. The mezzanine floor has a balcony designed by our wood carver Helen Knight using hawthorn spindles and spalded elm.

In this kitchen we made the roof out of oak, fan-light French window out of pine and the kitchen units out of oak and granite.


This double helical handrail staircase is the mid flight in a spiral staircase that joined two cottages in Cornwall. It was made out of pine with oak handrails. The making of this one was a real challenge.
